We stand behind our products, and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you to issue the refund or exchange the product.
We offer refund and/or exchange within 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you would not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- To be eligible for a return, your items (capsules) must in the original packaging (bottle), but the bottle can be open as used. (It does not need to be total amount of the capsules as bought)
- Regular or sales items are qualified for refund and/or exchange.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

- You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of the payment used within 7-10 business days.
